TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO TRANSACTION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. PRODUCT IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE MAY VARY TO ACTUAL PRODUCT RECEIVED DUE TO CHANGES IN DESIGN OR DYE LOT.

 

DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS:

WE CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. A CLAIM MUST BE FILED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER, AND YOU MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS. WE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE CLAIM AND REPLACEMENT PROCEEDURES.

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR FREIGHT CHARGES IF ORDER IS REFUSED. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL ALSO BE ASSESSED.

 

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS:

CUSTOM MADE OR SPECIAL ORDER (ITEMS NOT NORMALLY STOCKED) ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THESE PRODUCTS ARE ORDERED TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS AND ARE UNABLE TO BE RE-INVENTORIED.

 

RETURNS:

A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#) MUST BE OBTAINED FROM US FOR ALL RETURNS. THE RGA NUMBER IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM DATE ISSUED. CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES. AN RGA DOES NOT GUARANTY A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND; WE WILL INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON ITS ARRIVAL AND ISSUE CREDIT IF A CREDIT IS DUE.

 ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BEFORE ANY CREDIT CAN BE ISSUED BY THE MERCHANT BANK OR US. MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED IF SPECIAL ORDERED, CUSTOM MADE, A CLOSE-OUT ITEM, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. FREIGHT CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED AS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR.

 

WHEN AN RGA IS ISSUED, PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO US FREIGHT PREPAID IN ORIGIONAL PACKAGING. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE AND ALL CONTACT / ADDRESS INFORMATION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE RETURNED C.O.D.

 

WARRANTIES:

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES. THESE WARRANTIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ON THE MANUFACTURES INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES. ALL ITEMS HAVE A LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY ALTERATIONS OR ABUSE WILL VOID WARRANTY CLAIM
